Process
I've worked with Will since May 2024, supporting both the main WillNE channel and MoreWillNE.
My role focuses on the full creative process, from developing ideas and shaping broader YouTube strategy to optimising titles and thumbnails, providing edit feedback and refining videos to maximise audience retention.
Strategy
At Will's level, a single idea can translate into millions of additional views.
My role is to develop new concepts, refine packaging before production begins, and strengthen videos through story structure, edit feedback and retention-focused improvements. Rather than reinventing what already works, the goal is to continually sharpen the creative process and maximise the upside of every upload.
One example was I Investigated Impossible Places That Actually Exist, which became WillNE's biggest video in more than 3 years, generating 7.3 million views.
Results
The channels have generated over 285 million views, including 200 million on MoreWillNE alone.
Alongside sustained audience growth, MoreWillNE viewership increased by 30% compared with the previous equivalent period.
