Process
I worked with Quadrant to help develop bigger, broader YouTube concepts capable of reaching audiences beyond Formula One fans. My role focused on ideation, YouTube strategy, packaging, story structure and edit feedback throughout production.
Strategy
The goal was to move beyond traditional motorsport content and create large-scale entertainment formats capable of reaching mainstream audiences. Every concept was built around strong curiosity, broad appeal and collaboration with world-class creators.
One example was F1 Drivers Race Oldest to Newest Karts, featuring Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz, which generated 6.5 million views in its first two months.

Results
F1 Driver Goes Undercover in Amateur Kart Race became Quadrant's biggest-ever video and the first in the channel's history to surpass 10 million views. I also worked on nine further uploads, each generating over one million views.
