I worked with Prodigy Studios from launch to help shape the YouTube strategy behind The Switch, developing original formats featuring Kevin Pietersen.
Strategy
Our goal was to become the best cricket YouTube channel in the world by creating formats nobody had ever seen before. Rather than following traditional cricket content, every concept was designed to be highly original, broadly appealing and instantly clickable, helping the channel reach audiences far beyond existing cricket fans.
